HSS ñòàëü, îòëè÷àåòñÿ îò îáû÷íîé óãëåðîäèñòîé ñòàëè òåì, ÷òî âûäåðæèâàåò âûñîêîå íàãðåâàíèå áåç ïîòåðè ìåõàíè÷åñêèõ ðåæóùèõ ñâîéñòâ.

Ñâåðëî HSS ñòàëü (ïî ìåòàëëó)

Îáîçíà÷åíèå HSS ñòàëè ðàñøèôðîâûâàåòñÿ êàê "áûñòðîðåæóùàÿ ñòàëü", è â îáùåì ñëó÷àå ïðèìåíèìî êî âñåìó êëàññó áûñòðîðåæóùèõ ñòàëåé. Íî â áîëüøèíñòâå ñëó÷àåâ òàê îáîçíà÷àåòñÿ ñàìàÿ ìàññîâàÿ ñòàëü HSS êëàññà - Ð6Ì5 (M-2; 1.3343; Z85WDCV; HS 6-5-2; F-5613). Ñâåðëî HSS ïî ìåòàëëó èìååò âñå ïðåèìóùåñòâà ñòàëè HSS. Øèðîêî ïðèìåíÿåòñÿ â íàáîðå ñâåðëî HSS ïî ìåòàëëó.

Ïî ñâîèì ñâîéñòâàì ñòàëü HSS-Co 8% íàõîäèòñÿ ìåæäó Ð6Ì5Ê5 è Ð18 (áëèæå ê Ð18), ÷òî ïîçâîëÿò ðåêîìåíäîâàòü åå, êàê çàìåíó Ð18. Âûñîêîå ñîäåðæàíèå êîáàëüòà ñïîñîáñòâóåò ïîâûøåíèþ êðàñíîñòîéêîñòè, ÷òî ïîçâîëÿåò çàäàâàòü áîëåå æåñòêèå ðåæèìû ðåçàíèÿ. Áûñòðîðåæóùàÿ ñòàëü HSS-Co 8% ÿâëÿåòñÿ îñíîâíîé äëÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâà ôðåç â Åâðîïå.

Ñâåðëî ïî ìåòàëëó HSS-G ñòàëü

Ñâåðëî HSS-G ïî ìåòàëëó ðåêîìåíäóþòñÿ äëÿ îáðàáîòêè ëåãèðîâàííîé è íåëåãèðîâàííîé ñòàëè ñ ïðåäåëîì ïðî÷íîñòè ïðè ðàñòÿæåíèè äî 900Í/ìì2, ñòàëüíîãî ëèòüÿ, ñåðîãî ÷óãóíà, ìåòàëëîêåðàìèêè, êîâêîãî ÷óãóíà, öâåòíûõ ìåòàëëîâ è òâ¸ðäûõ ïëàñòìàññ.
Ñâåðëî HSS G ïîäõîäèò äëÿ ìàòåðèàëîâ, äàþùèõ äëèííóþ ñòðóæêó. Òàê æå õîðîøî ñâåðëî ïî ìåòàëëó HHS G.
